The final artwork remains the intellectual property of Jack / Insomniac_Jack; the commission cannot be claimed as one's own. I hold all copyright to my artwork.
The client acquires solely personal use rights; using the commission for profit is prohibited.
I reserve the right to use the commission for promotional purposes (unless otherwise specified from the beginning).
I reserve the right to reject the commission if I am uncomfortable or unable to meet the standards.
The art may be drawn in stream unless otherwise indicated, and can also be used as an example on my networks.
I DO NOT CONSENT under any circumstances for the order to be used for AI, NFT, Blockchain, or similar.
Paid commissions will always come before art trades.

Payments via PayPal or Cash App.
Paid upfront.
Refund will only be granted if the sketching process has not finished or if, for any reason, I cannot complete the commission.
There is no deadline, if you need it, you will have to pay extra.
Price may change due to details.

To request a commission or address any queries, send a Direct Message via Instagram or email. If there are no questions, provide the specifications for your commission as described below.
Sketch. Upon payment, the sketching process will begin. Principal idea of what will be the final product. Changes can be made.
Lineart. Once I begin lineart, I will send a watermarked version to you to ensure all is looking okay.
Color. Color and shades are added.
